Updates from PPIM/IMAM

With the start of the new academic year 2009/10 PPIM SC (IMAM SC- Islamic Medical Association Malaysia Student Chapter) are going to be having several big programs. The ones that are up and coming in these few weeks before Ramadhan starts is:

I will try and post the tentative/ program posters on this blog as soon as I get them. For most of the programs, if there are enough people who are interested, it is usually possible to ask UIA for transportation and even some budget to help cover the fees for the programs (provided we apply for them with adequate notice beforehand).

These programs are at a national level and students from medical schools (IPTA & IPTS) all over Malaysia as well as students from IMAM UK/EIRE and other IMAM SC chapters from all over the world are invited as well. They are also a good opportunity for us as students to meet PPIM doctors most of whom are specialists/ big names in the Malaysia medical field.
